All our candidates are personally interviewed, fully referenced and hold up to date 1st aid certificates and police checks.

Tigerlily Sussex provide local Paediatric First Aid Courses and can arrange CRB police checks and Nanny Insurance for all our candidates.

Madeleine Warren owns our West Sussex office, which is based in Horsham with a satellite office in Brighton to give candidates on the East Sussex Border further flexibility to interview. Madeleine is a mother to a young son and therefore has first hand experience of the current childcare market from a parent’s perspective. She has a strong background in marketing and events, which has included working for children's charity CLIC Sargent. This led to her becoming involved as a volunteer with the NCT. Madeleine says, “As a mum of a young son myself, I understand completely the importance of finding a nanny who is the perfect match for your family.”
