Laura Lacey is the owner of our East Sussex franchise. With over ten years experience in the childcare sector, Laura has the insight, knowledge and expertise to ensure all your childcare needs are met. Laura spent many years working as a Children’s Social Worker and within in the Nanny Recruitment field, whilst raising two daughters - Laura is therefore, able to quickly assess your families needs both from a personal and professional approach.

Madeleine Warren manages our West Sussex office, which is based in Horsham with a satellite office in Brighton to give candidates on the East Sussex Border further flexibility to interview. Madeleine is a mother to a young son and therefore has first hand experience of the current childcare market from a parent’s perspective. She has a strong background in marketing and events, which has included working for children's charity CLIC Sargent. This led to her becoming involved as a volunteer with the NCT.
