Tigerlily Surrey is owned by Linnea who is an NNEB and Montessori teacher with 18 years’ experience in the childcare sector, starting her career as a live in nanny she has since worked with in private homes as well as teaching in a private school she is now a mum herself and understand the pressures of being a full time mum and she has a unique perspective as the owner of Tigerlily Childcare Surrey Nanny division as she has been on the nanny side and the parent side. Linnea is able to relate to the nannies and empathises with them as she has experienced role and also with the families as at the heart of every job there are children and it is so important that the nanny is a perfect match.Linnea is also a great believer in giving her families a quality service and strives to find that perfect nanny for your family.

We specialise in recruiting experienced and qualified childcare practitioners with a broad range of skills and attributes.

All our candidates are personally interviewed, fully referenced and hold up to date 1st aid certificates and police checks.

We support families after the nanny has started employment and provide guidance on issues such as contracts, interviews, tax & NI, salaries and much more.

We also provide local Paediatric First Aid Courses and can arrange CRB police checks and Nanny Insurance for all our candidates.
