Maternity Nurse Costs
Maternity Nurses are Self Employed and will therefore be responsible for their own Tax and National Insurance. Please find below a salary guide:-
Single baby 6 days / 24hrs - £750 to £950
Twins 6 days / 24hrs - £950 to £1200
Triplets 6 days / 24hrs - £1100 +
Hourly rate for nights / days - £10 to £15 per hour booked
Newly Qualified / Trainee Maternity Nurse
We have candidates with a strong nanny/nursing/midwifery background who are looking to gain their first Maternity Nurse positions. These candidates are fully screened and would have completed their Maternity Nurse Training. The rate to employ a trainee can range from £550 to £700 per 6 days / 24hrs which can be a great option for a mum with second baby due.
