Maternity Childcarers

ScreeningWe ask that all our Maternity Nurses have an enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau check) and a current paediatric first aid certificate. All our Maternity Nurses would have attended a face to face interview with an experienced Maternity Consultant to assess their suitability for the role. All references are checked and verfied by phone or in writing. Copies of all original documents are taken and held in the candidate file. Only those candidates that meet our high standards will be forwarded to a client. QualificationsMost Maternity Nurses will come from a nanny or midwifery background. The following is a list of qualifications available to those studying childcare Birth to Five years. We recommend that all Maternity Nurses, if not from a Midwifery background have completed a Maternity Nurse Training course (MNT) and keep up to date with new areas of expertise.
